Saturday, May 10, 2008 in Incline Village.

Location: St. Francis of Assisi Church, 701 State Route 431, Incline Village, NV 89450
Time: Candidates arrive and check in at 11:00 am. Degree starts promptly at 12:00 pm (Noon.)
Attire: Black Tuxedos for the candidates and Sir Knights

Initiation Fee: $70* Includes Social Baldric, 4th degree Lapel Pin & Candidates’ Dinner.
Assembly Dues: Dues for each 4th Degree Assembly varies, Comptroller of sponsoring assembly will notify their candidates of fees.

Mass: 5:00 pm @ St. Francis of Assisi Church, 701 State Route 431, Incline Village, NV 89450
Attire: Black Tuxedos for candidates and Sir Knights after 5 pm attire for Ladies.
Banquet: at St. Francis of Assisi Parish Hall.
Cocktails: 6:15 pm
Dinner: 7:00pm / Traditional Italian Dinner, Italian Salad & Bread, Chicken Marsala, Pasta w/Butter Garlic Sauce, Zucchini sautéed w/mushrooms, Dessert & Coffee
Cost: $25.00 per person (meal only)

*Payment Instructions: Candidates & Guests, make payment to your Fourth Degree Assembly.
